Terms of Service - Gems Program
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of our loyalty program, called the Gems Program.
Our Gems Program rewards guests who have an account on our website and endeavours to create loyalty to the brand Vio.com.
By using the Gems Program you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Gems Member
You can only make use of the Gems Program if you have a membership account with Vio.com. By creating an account you will be known to us as a Vio.com Gems Member. Vio.com Gems Members have access to special benefits, such as higher discount rates, free cancellations, complimentary breakfast and room upgrades.
The discounted Gems rate cannot be combined or used with other discounts, unless indicated otherwise.
There are no membership fees. Only individuals are eligible for a Gems membership and each individual may maintain only one membership account. All membership accounts are individual accounts and no joint accounts are permitted.
Your Gems membership could be linked to specific campaigns or incentives, as occasionally launched or communicated at our sole discretion.If you terminate, close, delete or otherwise revoke your membership account, the Gems membership will automatically be terminated as well.Vio.com reserves the right to deregister or otherwise disable an inactive account without notifying the relevant member. An inactive account is defined as an account with which no reservation has been made for more than three (3) years. You are no longer eligible for the benefits of the Gems Program if your account is deactivated. You can access Gems Program benefits again by creating a new account. In that case, you join as a new Gems Member without any extra benefits from your past membership.
3. Disclaimer
All Gems Program levels, benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by Vio.com at any time without notice.
We may terminate the Gems Program in whole or in part, with one (1) month notice period for all active members. At our sole discretion, we may choose to substitute a similar loyalty program for the Gems Program at any time immediately upon notice to Gems Members. If the Gems Program is terminated, all levels will be eliminated without any obligation or liability.
4. Privacy
In order to keep you apprised of your Gems Membership, Vio.com will send you information on the Gems Program, such as information necessary for administration purposes and special deals that we believe to be of your interest.
